This video captures the casting of the Hope Bell at John Taylor & Co Bell Foundry in Loughborough on March 23, 2023.
The bell is part of the Lanes and Links project being run by Charnwood Borough Council.
Loughborough Town Deal has supported the project with a grant for £669,000.
